Federal disability suit is filed against the University of Tennessee

A Tennessee man with disabilities and a Florida-based advocacy group filed a lawsuit in federal court against the University of Tennessee, alleging that the school does not provide equal access to people with disabilities at two of the school's sports facilities. The lawsuit alleges unequal access for people in wheelchairs to bathrooms, concessions and parking, as well as desirable seating inside the venues. School officials did not immediately comment on the lawsuit.
