Report: iCrossing considers buyers

Independent digital-ad firm iCrossing is reportedly considering various acquisition partners in the wake of an unsolicited bid from Hearst estimated at $250 million. The Phoenix-based digital shop, which counts Coca-Cola, Toyota and Travelocity among its clients, has reportedly help preliminary discussions with ad holding companies Dentsu, WPP and Aegis Group.
