Court blocks online, mobile TV streaming service

Aereokiller, a service launched by entrepreneur Alki David to stream broadcast TV to Internet and mobile devices, has been blocked by a federal court in Los Angeles. Fox Television Stations and NBCUniversal argued successfully that the service was in breach of the Copyright Act's public performance provisions.
