Voorhees Town Centre illustrates new uses for retail centers

The Voorhees Town Center in New Jersey is an example of the evolution of retail centers and the types of tenants they attract. After its developer, Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, turned it into a tree-lined boulevard, the town's government offices moved there, alongside anchor retail tenants.
