Turning the tide by enticing more students to choose construction careers

For each of the next three years, Sonoma County, Calif., will need 6,300 new construction workers to rebuild after wildfires destroyed much of the area. High school students could be enticed to pursue construction careers if training programs are expedited, say local experts, who also offer other ideas for filling the need.
