Terrafugia, a flying-car company founded by five Massachusetts Institute of Technology graduates and acquired last fall by Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, has built up its workforce with 75 hires and plans to hire 50 or more workers by year's end. The company expects to launch the Transition, a two-seat, fixed-wing "roadable aircraft," in 2019.
