CMBS issuers are more confident going into 2018 than a year ago, as concerns about rising costs and reduced issuance based on new rules last January proved to be unjustified, said JLL's Tom Fish. About 24 firms are still active, and 2018 should bring high performance if rates are controlled, he said.
