Canadian firm Tricon Capital Group has become the third-largest publicly listed landlord of single-family rentals in the US following a wave of acquisition activity. The firm, which plans to double its assets under management to $10 billion by 2023, is using technology to identify assets and is building out its maintenance capabilities to manage the increased scale.
