A round of equity financing involving 37 anonymous investors brought in $5 million for Myocardial Solutions, a filing with the SEC showed. The Morrisville, N.C.-based company, which makes the SENC diagnostic software application for post-processing of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, did not disclose how it intends to use the proceeds and is not looking to raise more money in the round.
