An equity and mixed shelf round of financing involving 55 unnamed investors has pulled in $3.3 million for Vesiflo, according to a filing with the SEC. The medtech startup, which is developing the inFlow device for patients with neurological damage who are unable to control and contract muscles supporting the bladder, is still seeking to raise $3.7 million in the round.
