A two-tranche round of financing has pulled in $34.6 million for San Diego-based Reva Medical, maker of the Fantom sirolimus-eluting bioresorbable coronary scaffold. The round included issuance of approximately 2.12 million options for the purchase of common stock, issuance of $47.1 million in convertible notes and the repurchase of $12.5 million of the company's common stock from an unnamed investor.
