The acquisition of Spirox, maker of the Latera absorbable nasal implant, has been completed by Entellus Medical in a cash-and-stock deal worth $81 million. The transaction, which makes Spirox an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Entellus, includes an additional contingent merger consideration payment from Entellus to former equity holders of Spirox based on its net revenue from Latera sales.
