A round of financing brought in approximately $5.26 million for Robocath, a French startup that makes the R-one robotic platform for interventional cardiology. The proceeds will allow the company to meet a "decisive milestone" in its development strategy as it intends to continue designing robotics solutions and enter the European market in 2018, said founder and Chairman Philippe Bencteux.
