Los Angeles-based 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza has changed its name to 800° Woodfired Kitchen as part of a rebranding that includes replacing one of three wood-fired ovens with a rotisserie. The chain has expanded its menu to include rotisserie-cooked meats in an effort to bring in a more diverse group of customers, said Chief Marketing Officer Tom Bartsch.
