A study of people in US, UK and the Netherlands showed they tended to be less active than they thought they were, and US residents were more likely than the others to overestimate their exercise levels. The report in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health found the percentage of people in the US deemed inactive was twice that of people in the Netherlands and UK.
