Consumers slap a $150 price tag on data sharing

Consumers put a high price on opening up their data to brands. In a survey by Syzygy in the UK, US and Germany, the average price for sharing data such as behavioral information that is already gathered by Facebook and Google was pegged at $150, although the average price set by respondents for Google tracking was much lower, at $25.
