Survey: Marketers not preparing for mobile voice, AI

Twenty-seven percent of digital marketers are still referring to mobile as "the next big thing," and two-thirds aren't preparing for voice search at all, even though voice now makes up 20% of mobile searches, BrightEdge reports. Thirty-two percent of respondents said that artificial intelligence was the "next big thing," but 57% aren't intending to introduce any AI into their marketing in 2017.
