Brands flock to mobile, programmatic media channels

Mobile is surging in terms of monetized impression volume and web header bidding as brands devote more ad spend to programmatic media channels to target the mobile consumer, per a report by PubMatic. Mobile now accounts for nearly one-quarter of all monetized header bidding inventory transacted on PubMatic's platform, up from 7% in Q1 2016.
