TransCanada has extended the open season on its Keystone pipeline system by a month until Oct. 26, citing "historic flooding and catastrophic impacts to Houston and parts of the US Gulf Coast." The open season, when shippers can sign up for committed capacity, was initially set to end on Sept. 28.
