The Environmental Protection Agency on Friday filed a motion asking the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to delay compliance with its July 3 ruling ordering enforcement of an Obama-era methane rule. The EPA is requesting at least 52 days of relief from compliance to allow it to explore its legal options.
