IHeartMedia's biggest creditor, Franklin Resources, is working with PJT Partners on a restructuring plan that could prevent bankruptcy, a source says. Franklin, which owns $2.3 billion of the company's debt, is reportedly preparing a presentation for iHeart and its other creditors; the presentation could come as early as next week.
