Texas-based firm En-Touch Systems filed an antitrust case against AT&T in California federal court on Tuesday. The complaint argues that AT&T's subsidiary, AT&T SportsNet, is available only at artificially high prices to competitor MVPDs, making competitors unable to provide subscribers with access to Houston Astros and Houston Rockets games.
