Most financial firms in the UK that serve European clients will decide in the first quarter whether to relocate ahead of Brexit, said Katharine Braddick, the British finance ministry's director general for financial services. "Those plans, if you like, harden, become more firm, at the point at which they start to alter contractual paperwork," she said.
