Senate Republicans have sent a letter to President Donald Trump urging him to "formally clarify" that the standards enacted by the Financial Stability Board are "advisory in nature, and not binding on the United States or US businesses." The senators said they are troubled that the FSB's decisions have been "driving a significant amount of US policymaking regarding financial regulation."
