Substituting a daily serving of water or fresh juice for a serving of bottled juice was associated with a decreased risk of diabetes among adults, according to research in the journal Nutrition, Metabolism and Cardiovascular Diseases. Each additional daily serving of bottled juice was linked to a 33% increase in diabetes risk.
