2 rare types of diabetic neuropathy becoming more prevalent in US

Researchers from the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center found that autonomic and small fiber neuropathy, two rare types of diabetic neuropathy, are more prevalent in the US. Researchers said people who have early symptoms -- which can include lightheadedness, especially when standing up, and burning pain in the feet -- should see a doctor.
