HHS Secretary Alex Azar said the administration is looking at allowing private payers to negotiate reimbursement for Medicare Part B drugs used in hospitals and doctor's offices. "More broadly, the president has called for me to merge Medicare Part B drug payments into Part D, where negotiation has been so successful," he said.
