Health care hiring continued a downward trend in February with 18,500 added jobs, compared with 23,700 in January and 32,800 in December, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. Richard Gundling of the Healthcare Financial Management Association said it is normal for the health care sector to see job decreases early in the year because fewer people generally seek health care services.
