Twitter privacy update adds advertiser, user benefits

Twitter has changed its privacy policies to extend the time it can use consumers' off-platform browsing data from 10 days to 30 days, potentially helping advertisers improve ad targeting. The company has also withdrawn its support for Do Not Track, instead giving users tools to disable personalized ads or update their preferences for the kinds of ads they'd like to be served.
