US petroleum deliveries in April rose 1.7% year-on-year to an average of 19.6 million barrels per day, the highest level since 2008, according to the American Petroleum Institute. Gasoline deliveries climbed 0.6% from April 2016 to average almost 9.3 million barrels per day.
