The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Thursday granted the Environmental Protection Agency a 14-day relief from compliance with the court's July 3 ruling concerning an Obama-era methane rule. The EPA had asked the court to delay enforcement of its ruling for 52 days to allow the agency to consider its legal options.
