Bridgewater tests the limits of transparency

Bridgewater is the world's largest hedge fund because of its secretive algorithms and decades of leadership from founder Ray Dalio, who bases culture and operations on more than 200 guiding principles that employees are regularly assessed on. This form of radical transparency encourages conflict, public call-outs of bad behavior and videotaping of nearly all employee actions.
