Diageo-backed accelerator Distill Ventures is investing in companies that produce nonalcoholic cocktail creations, and Budweiser and Heineken also have released alcohol-free beers, writes Nick Hines. "It's a very cool way for someone to experience your beers without having to drink and leveling the playing field for people who don't drink," says Jeff Josenhans, a mixologist who makes nonalcoholic beer at the hotel where he works.
