An unsigned Supreme Court order allows the Trump administration's 120-day refugee ban to remain in effect. The ban is scheduled to conclude in late October, while the high court on Oct. 10 will hear arguments over the constitutionality and legality of bans affecting refugees as well as travel from six Muslim-majority countries.
