Chief Judge Robert Morin of the District of Columbia Superior Court on Tuesday revised the warrant requiring web-hosting company DreamHost to provide the Justice Department with IP addresses of visitors to a website that organized January protests against President Donald Trump. The company will now have to provide IP addresses only in cases where a visitor is accused of criminal behavior.
