A Minnesota jury on Friday found Jeronimo Yanez, the police officer who fatally shot Philando Castile during a July traffic stop, not guilty of second-degree manslaughter and two other counts. St. Anthony, Minn., plans to offer Yanez a voluntary separation agreement from his job.
