Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy on Monday postponed the implementation of an appeals court decision expanding exemptions to President Donald Trump's refugee ban, giving opponents until noon today to respond to the government's appeal. The administration did not appeal the lower court's finding that Trump's travel ban should not apply to grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins of legal US residents.
