The Office of Refugee Resettlement's web portal tracking unaccompanied immigrant minors faces difficulty accommodating multiple users, loses data and is hard to search, according to users, government reports and testimony to Congress. The Government Accountability Office said the portal, which came online in 2014, lacks the case-management functionality that is necessary to properly assist unaccompanied immigrant children.
