Employers and the financial industry dominated the ranks of lobbyists descending on Capitol Hill in the second quarter to discuss issues related to retirement. The top five issues attracting the largest groups of lobbyists were the fiduciary rule, multiemployer reform, retirement issues relevant to tax reform, repeal of state retirement plans and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. premiums.
