Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb and the state legislature have reached a compromise on a tax increase to fund $4.7 billion of infrastructure projects over the next five years. Work will include building 122 miles of road, rehabbing 1,295 bridges and resurfacing 9,628 miles of roadway.
