Former HUD secretary: Trump might work with Dems on infrastructure bill

When President Donald Trump expressed skepticism about public-private partnerships for infrastructure projects, he might have opened the door to a deal with Democrats, according to former Democratic Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Henry Cisneros. He believes Democrats don't want to see the bulk of infrastructure legislation funded through P3s, saying "you can't toll every bridge and congested roadway in the country."
