Los Angeles' NFL stadium delayed by weather

Turner/AECOM Hunt started excavation in November on a $2.6 billion football stadium in Los Angeles for the Chargers and Rams, but two months of heavy rains pushed back the construction schedule by two months and the opening by a year. As much as 15 feet of water filled the excavated hole after the deluges, and officials now say the 70,240-seat stadium will open before the 2020 season
