Four recently-passed 2019 spending measures, combined with funding from the 2015 Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act, will provide an encouraging amount of money to address American infrastructure, says Brian Deery, senior director of the Associated General Contractors of America's highway and transportation division. The investment includes a 2% addition to the highway obligation ceiling and a $750 million jump for airport infrastructure.
