The Wright Brothers were leaders in the field of aviation, but they eventually "kind of just stopped innovating," said Hyperloop One co-founder Josh Giegel, explaining that his company needs to avoid a similar fate. "That means we get the best people, we push the boundaries by actually building and testing because good engineers like to build things -- they don't want do it on paper," he said.
