Canine parvovirus is "spreading like wildfire" in northwest Arkansas, with more than two dozen cases in the last two weeks alone, says veterinarian Taylor Rolland. The virus affects unvaccinated dogs of all ages, and puppies should be kept away from areas frequented by other dogs until they've been fully vaccinated, Dr. Rolland says.
