College students could better manage the stress of taking exams if they had access to therapy dogs, according to researchers from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and reported in Stress and Health. Students who interacted with therapy dogs had lower stress levels and higher energy and happiness levels than those who did not participate in drop-in therapy dog sessions.
