Researchers evaluated data from 564 women with gestational diabetes and found that Hispanic women were more likely to have at least one visit to the emergency department during pregnancy and were more likely to have a cesarean delivery, compared with Asian, Indian and white women. The findings were published in The Diabetes Educator.
