The recent Shatter Summit, hosted by the Shatter Fund in San Francisco, included discussions about investment in businesses founded by women. Shatter Fund principal Shelly Kapoor Collins said only 7% of the top 100 venture and microventure firms have women as investing partners, and from 2010 to 2015, just 10% of venture dollars and 15% of seed dollars went to startups founded by women.
