Kaspersky Lab announced it will open a data center in Switzerland by the end of 2019, a move the company hopes will alleviate concerns it has been using its anti-virus software to spy on users. The company says it put the center in Zurich due to Switzerland's "policy of neutrality" and tough data-protection regulations.
