Remember that someone once valued your input enough to promote you to leadership, so make sure you're listening to ideas and opinions from staff members, writes Steve Keating. "If you're a leader who has gotten so full of yourself that you can't learn anything from the people you lead then you have gotten to the point that you can no longer actually lead," he writes.
